The Objective: Lasko was hired to build a new USDA/FDA regulated production room with full washdown capabilities.
Specialty Work: Lasko Contractors is a MetlSpan certified installer. Through our specialty certification we were uniquely positioned to be able
to install the proper materials and have it certified by the manufacturer for warranty.
Cleanliness and Safety: Special emphasis was put on cleanliness and safety during the project. Through a close partnership and open communication with the client, we were able to complete all the work while allowing McCormick to maintain their production rates and safety record.
Productivity Enhancement: With the completion of this project, McCormick is now operating beyond their original capacity and has
incorporated the ability to diversify the product offerings that originate in their facility.
Award: Lasko was awarded the 2018 VSU Excellence Award for the first phase of this project AND a Safety Award for “2018 most Improved Safety”
